The African Litter

I liked Ch. Swiftsure Out Of Africa so much when I judged him that we sent Belle (Ch. Counterpoint Emma Peel) to him for her only litter, co-bred with Trudy Taphorn.  We were not disappointed with two beautiful bitches in this litter.


Ch. Counterpoint The African Queen F.Ch. - "Nefer" finished quickly from the puppy class with many Group placements, a Group First and a Best Puppy in Show.  Specialed lightly, she had several group placements.  Her lure coursing debut was outstanding - Best in Field her first weekend out, followed by three more Best of Breeds.  Nefer is the dam of a Group Winning son from her first litter - Spy.  Her second and last litter was outstanding with four finished with group placements from the puppy classes.  We lost Nefer in a freak accident in the spring of 2004.  It was a devastating blow to us, she was one of my favorite dogs.

Counterpoint Born Free - "Elsa".   Probably our most beautiful bitch ever, but due to birth trauma, has only 3 1/2 legs.  Bred only once, she gave us our very successful "Nightime" litter.   She is shown with her litter of 9.
